Our Story
ZT Group was founded in 2002, starting with investments in transportation and steel production. Guided by visionary leadership and a dedicated team, the company expanded rapidly into construction, oil movement, technology, innovation, and hospitality. From its roots in Pakistan, ZT Group grew its presence across the United Kingdom, Luxembourg, South Korea, Oman, Saudi Arabia, and Germany.
To streamline operations and enhance synergy, senior management restructured the company into a conglomerate, integrating multidisciplinary teams focused on R&D, finance, and logistics. Today, under the leadership of Group Chairman Zia Talib, ZT Group operates 12 subsidiaries and 3 joint ventures across global markets, strategically positioning itself in growth-driven environments with minimal competition.

ZT Group entered the Pakistani market by acquiring Al-Noor Builders and Construction Hub (Pvt) Ltd., a struggling firm in 2018. Under strong leadership, ANB rebounded and is now bidding for projects worth over $200 million. Registered as a CA Category contractor, ANB specializes in large-scale infrastructure projects, including highways, bridges, power plants, and industrial developments.
